Express Empowerment group session – Duration 60 minutes

This is a one hour session dedicated to self-care and connecting to the mind/body/spirit. In this space, you will be invited to allow yourself to take a break from your fast paced, busy life. Using the stimulation of your sensory perception, you will find yourself moving easily through a guided mindfulness meditation. Using gentle and effective Qigong foundational movements which allow you to explore your internal landscape and how you connect and move through the external world.

Extended Enlivenment Session – Duration approximately 90 minutes

Comprised of 50 minutes for creating a personal unique guided meditation practice just for you, incorporating the senses of touch, sight, sound, scent and taste with gentle Qigong movements, allowing you to connect with your mind/body/spirit. Followed by 40 minutes of discussion about your practice while enjoying a complimentary mindfully home cooked meal with coffee, tea, a glass of wine or sparkling mineral water. This is served in a relaxed and tranquil space, so any thoughts and feelings that may have arisen from the practice can be shared in a compassionate and caring environment.

1/2 day self-care workshop approximately 4 – 5 hours.

Welcome to TresVitas, what you practice grows stronger.

We will explore different ideologies and methodologies using mindfulness, meditation and gentle Qigong foundational movements to find your vitality and allow you to embark on the journey of becoming your own Master. Followed by a complimentary healthy home cooked three course lunch with coffee, tea, wine or sparkling mineral water, as we discuss any feelings the practice may have evoked.

Session outline

Introduction – (15 minutes)

Part 1 “Childhood” – “Never lose your childlike exuberance.”

Visiting and exploring your childhood memories and incorporating Zhan Zhuang (basic Qigong standing forms) to create your unique meditative practice. (4o minutes)

15 minute tea break

Part II “Adulthood.” – “Becoming a responsible adult.”

Focusing here, on the importance of adulthood and the challenges and opportunities that arise during this stage of your life. Setting intention and using mindfulness in your day to day routine. We move into experiencing conditioning and regulating Qigong forms.

15 minute break

Part III “Elderhood” – “Share your wisdom wisely.”

In this phase you take a look at the reality of embracing your status as an elder and all that entails… ensuring that your “light” continues to burn brightly, for all to see.

Exploring the “why” and the “how”of you, by incorporating the use of all your senses and drawing on the wisdom of the ancients, we will endeavor to find your flow by delving into the Five Harmonies of elemental modern Qigong. This will ensure you come away from the workshop feeling the three EEE’s – Enlightened, Enlivened and Empowered and feeling more than capable of “becoming your own Master.” (45 minutes)
